- Planned programs in JCM Promotion Scheme of MOE for FY2017 are as follows.

- City to city collaboration Project (former: Feasibility studies for city to city collaboration project)
These programs are the budgetary support from the government of Japan and it is our understanding that the projects and feasibility studies selected for these programs are not a “JCM project” per se. In order for the selected projects to be registered as the JCM project, the project participants need to go through the official JCM procedures including, for example, methodology development, validation and request for registration to the JC, where both sides discuss and consider all the matters relating to the implementation of the JCM.
